EMDR and trauma work

Do you ever feel like past experiences keep getting in the way of life?

Maybe they rob you of emotional well-being, healthy relationships, or a positive sense of self.

EMDR is a therapeutic approach that helps you overcome past trauma or experiences. It’s simple, effective, and results often happen much faster than other modalities.

EMDR stands for Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing — which I know is a mouth-full! But I promise, it’s really much simpler than it sounds and has become a widely-used, research-based approach that can help with anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, or anything else in-between. In short, it’s a safe and structured way to help your brain reprocess difficult or traumatic experiences, so that they aren’t as powerful or distressing. EMDR can be part of virtual therapy sessions and can also be combined with other therapeutic approaches.
